Simple, 10-minute, do-it-yourself installation

Installing the TruckWeight Smart Scale is so simple that operators can do it in the field. 

The wireless sensor comes with all materials needed for installation. 

The sensor is mounted on the truck frame and tees into the airline of the air suspension system. 

The only tools needed are cutters to cut into the plastic D.O.T. tubing, and a wrench to tighten the sensor to the outside of either side of the truck frame. 

Sensors are equipped with standard fittings and tees.
